I see a lot of companies that from the outside look awesome, but internally, well, they are just a house of cards.
Build a true home for your business and the assets that make it work. Knowing your product and market are not what will make you the top person. Having the right people, technology and company cultural climate will delightfully surprise with the success that is possible.

Back to the Job Hunt
Well, been a long time since I thought about this blog. Honestly, blogging isn't really my thing, but as I find myself with time on my hands again after being laid off from Harry & David last week, well, figured I get back to this and start doing some posts again.
This time though, I think I'll do some posting regarding additional new things I worked with over the last few years. These include tag management, attribution modeling, companies going through bankruptcy (and those employees who stay and help the company get through it), integrated marketing techniques, the expansion of display as a CRM channel, as well as a great, data-driven prospecting channel and ... well, who knows what else.
After all, I have time on my hands and lots of experience and knowledge locked in my head. Might as well share some of it, even if no one potentially reads this blog :)
